Hi, I’m Sarah Laplante of Messy Happy Studio, where things are a little messy, but definitely happy that way.  Being creative allows me the downtime I need to be whisked away to be creative with no boundaries.  Abstract is my style, acrylic, charcoal and pastels on canvas or paper, lending itself well to getting lost in time and pushing creative boundaries with no consequence. I have had different styles over the years, recently using doodling and mark making to bring together textures, bold colors and movement, creating my style.
